My room with heating, warm shower plus a heater was spacious and bright, had good night's sleep. All of the staff members were flexible and amiable. The location was good and walk from a bus station.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and the bed was a bit too soft.

Location: the hotel was just off titicaca's lake, lovely boardwalk/malecon, and bus station. We stayed in a reasonably spacious and impeccable room that had TV set and a writing desk: )

During my recent transit stay at Maya Inn in Puno, I was impressed by two key features. the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. Situated just a short 8-minute walk from the Bus Station, it provided easy access for those passing through the city. being only 49 km away from the nearest airport, it was an ideal choice for those looking for a quick stopover during their journey.
While Maya Inn offered great convenience, I did find one minor drawback during my stay. Due to its hidden side street location, finding the hotel initially proved to be a bit confusing, especially as I arrived from the bus terminal in Puno.

The beds were super comfy, so we had the best sleep after exploring Puno and checking out the Estadio Enrique Torres Belon. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk. The staff were so cool and friendly, making us feel at home. And the best part? The hot water in the shower was a lifesaver after a long day of adventures!
The only thing we wish was better for young party-goers like us is if they had a cool rooftop terrace or bar where we could have some fun and chill with our friends. It would have been awesome to have a cool hangout spot right at the hotel.
